Somehow I called and was able to explain and you remedied the problem immediately! I was impressed. I reordered with the correct card and unfortunately, the hitch didn’t work out because the 5th wheel we were looking to purchase was just too low and we decided not to buy it. That meant we needed to try and return the hitch to you, but with a simple phone call, I had my info and sent it. Just received the full refund and I’m so much more impressed!
